Operating the Smart Touchscreen Charging Case

The touchscreen charging case acts as your central control hub, allowing you to manage daily settings without pulling out your smartphone or fumbling with small buttons.

Powering On and Case Unlocking

To begin, remove your hearing aids from the case and put them on. Press and hold the power button on each earbud for 3 seconds until you hear the spoken voice prompt, "Power On." Once powered, the Bluetooth icon on the charging case display will change from red to white, indicating that the devices are connected and the touchscreen is unlocked for use.

Note: If you need to restart the charging case after a full shutdown, press and hold the dedicated power button located next to the charging port.

Navigating the 8 Touchscreen Functions

Swipe left on the touchscreen interface to access the following 8 core functions:

Environmental Mode Switching

Tap Environmental Mode to cycle between four tailored acoustic presets: General, Indoor, Outdoor, and Watching Movie. Simply select the mode that matches your current surroundings to optimize background noise filtering.

Tap Saving to Hearing Aids and wait for the Fitting Result confirmation message to apply your custom hearing profile.

On-Screen Bluetooth Media Controls

When your hearing aids are actively connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth for media playback, open Bluetooth on the case screen to play, pause, or skip tracks directly from the display screen.

Display Brightness Control

Tap Screen Brightness and adjust the brightness slider, or tap the left and right icons to optimize screen visibility for bright outdoor light or low-light indoor environments.

Find My Hearing Aids

If you misplace an earbud, tap Find My Hearing Aids, select either L or R, and tap Start. The powered-on hearing aid will emit a continuous beeping alert to guide you to its location. Tap Stop once located.

Tap the Flashlight icon to instantly illuminate the touchscreen display backlight as a handy mini flashlight. Tap the icon again to turn it off.

Press and hold the physical button on each hearing aid for 3 seconds until you hear the clear voice prompt, "Power On." Once activated, the devices enter active hearing aid mode after a brief 3-second delay.

Manual Volume Control

Short-press the `+` button on the hearing aid to increase volume; short-press the `-` button to decrease volume.

Manual Mode Switching

Long-press the `+` or `-` button to cycle through listening modes. You will hear an audio tone/prompt confirming the mode change.

Bluetooth Pairing with Your Smartphone

  • Within 1 Minute of Powering On: Open your smartphone's Bluetooth menu immediately, search for available devices, and select your AuyeeSnc A12 to pair.

App Connection Pairing

  • Within 1 Minute of Bluetooth Pairing: Open the companion mobile app to automatically detect and link your devices.
  • After 1 Minute of Bluetooth Pairing: If the app does not detect your devices, press the hearing aid power button twice to refresh the app connection signal.

Why won't my AuyeeSnc OmniTouch connect to the touchscreen charging case?

The hearing aids require a few seconds after powering on to establish a Bluetooth link with the case. If auto-connection fails, open the case menu and tap Pairing to initiate the connection manually.

Why is the touchscreen case non-responsive to my touch?

The touchscreen display remains locked until the hearing aids successfully power on and link to the case. Once the Bluetooth icon turns white, the screen will automatically unlock.

Why can't my phone discover the AuyeeSnc OmniTouch via Bluetooth?

If your hearing aids have been turned on for more than 1 minute, press the power button on the earbud once to enter Bluetooth discovery mode. Additionally, ensure your hearing aids are not automatically connecting to another previously paired nearby phone.

Why is the companion app unable to detect my hearing aids?

If your hearing aids have been connected to your phone's Bluetooth for over 1 minute, press the earbud power button twice to send a refresh signal to the companion app.
